How long do Rare Houseplants take to deliver?

Your houseplant order will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt.

Shipping lead times vary nationwide but with our bi-coastal greenhouse distribution centres we aim to keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days.*

*This is not guaranteed and sometimes acts outside of our control such as inclement weather can delay delivery.


Can i change my Rare Houseplants order once placed?

If you need to update the shipping address for an order, please email hello@househorticultural.com with your name, order number and new shipping address as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours, so prompt communication is important.*

That's why offer a healthy houseplant guarantee. If your houseplant arrives damaged, just take a photo and email us at hello@househorticultural.com with a brief description of the issue, your name and order number and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
