Your houseplant order will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt.

Shipping lead times vary nationwide but with our bi-coastal greenhouse distribution centres we aim to keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days.*

*This is not guaranteed and sometimes acts outside of our control such as inclement weather can delay delivery.

Yes. Our partner nurseries are located in Florida and Southern California. This means we can , all times of the year with optimal delivery times.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.

As a small online business we charge as little as possible, and absorb as much cost as we can for our customers.

Each order is automatically calculated by weight.

1.01 lb - 2 lb Weight Total: $11.50 Shipping

2.01 lb - 5 lb Weight Total - $14.50 Shipping

In winter months (or unseasonably cold weather) we also reserve the right to increase shipping costs marginally to include heat packs to adhere to our delivery guarantee. This will be incorporated into the shipping costs as listed above whenever required.

If you need to update the shipping address for an order, please email hello@househorticultural.com with your name, order number and new shipping address as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours, so prompt communication is important.*

*Whilst we will do our utmost to change the shipping address for your order, we cannot guarantee it will be possible even within this timeframe.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our houseplants are packed and fulfilled with the greatest care and protection, we understand that accidents can sometimes happen in transit.

That's why offer a healthy houseplant guarantee. If your houseplant arrives damaged, just take a photo and email us at hello@househorticultural.com with a brief description of the issue, your name and order number and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

We understand the delicate nature of shipping plants and strive to fulfil all orders accurately. If you encounter issues, we handle refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis.
