All the information you need to know on our refunds & replacements policy.

We offer replacements or refunds for damaged plants only. We will always endeavour to offer you a replacement wherever possible, should that be your wish. Alternatively we will offer a full refund, including shipping. Simply reach out to us at hello@househorticultural.com with your name and order number and a photo to initiate this process. Alternatively, get in touch with us via the form on this page.

Please be advised that whilst our policy is as above, we do treat these on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement for any cases that do not adhere to our policy.

Due to our houseplants being perishable by nature, we do not offer a returns.

We will only offer 1 replacement per individual order. If there remains an issue with the replacement, we will offer a full refund.
